The Sip & Puff Mouth Joystick has one mouthpiece, which operates as a joystick. It has 3 holes for "sip & puff" (6 switches) and 4 lip buttons. You have access to all 12 buttons on the Playstation® 2 controller. Start and Select is done using a sip & puff switch mounted on the side of the mouthpiece. The mouthpiece comes with a stand to allow you to mount it to a table or lapboard.

The standard Playstation® 2 controller includes three joysticks: the digital "d" joystick is directional; the other two thumb joysticks are analog proportional. The Sip & Puff Mouth Joystick includes a toggle to designate whether the mouth-joystick is the digital or analog and another toggle allows you to designate whether it is the left or right analog control. Lip switches activate L3 & R3.

* These controllers dropship from KYE which has been modifying game controllers for the disabled since the Atari. They are handmade and require care and maintenance but will last many, many years. They come mounted on a simple, low-cost plywood base to keep costs minimal which can be clamped to the wheelchair armrests or a table. Broadened Horizons recommends painting this plywood base or upgrading to the 3rd Hand Mount for more versatility. Excellent support, an exceptional 1 year warranty**, or cost-effective repair service if needed is provided by KYE.

**International Customers- If the controller must be sent back for warranty or fee-for-service repair, you will be required to pay shipping costs both ways. However you will only need to send the controller and not the heavy base.
